This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions ("T&C") governing your use of the Unexplained Radio Network website, streaming services, and any related content or applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use our Services.

1. Terms & Conditions - Host & Show Content

The views and opinions expressed by the shows and hosts on Unexplained Radio Network do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of Unexplained Radio Network. Furthermore, some topics discussed on our shows may not be suitable for all audiences, and parental discretion is advised. Unexplained Radio Network is not responsible for the content of each show; the content is solely the responsibility of the individual host and their respective show.

2. Jurisdiction for Legal Action

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or Unexplained Radio Network's services shall be brought exclusively in the Justice of the Peace Court, Precinct 2, Rockwall County, Texas, or any court of competent jurisdiction above that one as dictated by Texas state law.
